4JJ1 engine turbocharger

Significant power improvement:
The 4JJ1 engine itself has a maximum power of 130 kilowatts and a maximum torque of 430 Nm, in which the turbocharger plays an important role. It can use the exhaust gas energy discharged by the engine to increase the intake volume, making the engine combustion more complete, thereby greatly improving the power output. For example, during vehicle driving, whether it is accelerating, overtaking or climbing, vehicles equipped with 4JJ1 engines and turbochargers can show strong power.
At low speeds, the turbocharger can also provide better power support. The 4JJ1 engine can burst out 280 Nm of torque at 1000 rpm, which enables the vehicle to have a better power response at low speeds or starting stages, reducing turbo lag.
Improving engine response and acceleration capabilities:
The exhaust flow cross-section can be adjusted according to the engine speed, which greatly improves the response time and acceleration capability of the engine at low speeds. This means that in low-speed driving scenarios such as urban roads, the vehicle’s driving experience is smoother, and there will be no lack of power or slow response.
High reliability: After rigorous testing and verification, it can operate stably in various harsh working environments. Whether it is high temperature, low temperature or high altitude, the turbocharger can maintain good performance and provide continuous and reliable boosting effect for the engine.
Good matching with the engine: It works well with other components of the 4JJ1 engine, and the entire power system operates efficiently. For example, it cooperates with Denso’s high-pressure common rail system to further improve the engine’s fuel economy and power performance.
